OVERVIEW
The xceed presses are a modular configuration and can be constructed to suit from 1 - 12 colors. The equipment can be specified to accomodate print widths ranging from 254mm (10") up to 1500mm (59") and repeat ranges of 254 - 1200mm (10" - 47").
A wide range of substrates can be effectively managed in gauges from 20 up to 700 micron, including most papers, self adhesive, folding carton, film and aluminium foil materials. The xceed machines can be supplied with UV curing or infra red drying systems - or both if required.
xceed presses feature the latest in design for performance & reliability. Press controls and electronics are sourced from leading, internationally recognized suppliers - the gearing is of world-class standard.
These presses were originally conceived to break entry into the highly competitive US market and have now been successfully installed in a number of states as well as Mexico. Some clients have already purchased their second xceed press.
